How do we effectively support the different abilities, backgrounds, and needs within a single squad?

Steven will explore real coaching challenges faced during group sessions, where player differences are most visible — and share methods to adapt, support, and develop all players effectively.

Steven Bartlet brings over 30 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and coach development. His journey includes:

  • Head of Coaching roles in academies
  • FA Coach Developer
  • Work in national and international football
  • Leadership in community and futsal programmes
